Crown Screw set up its' first Stock Management System (SMS) with an existing Customer in 2007. This was driven by a need to improve stock availability, reduce inventory levels, and simplify the ordering process. This is now the preferred approach by many of our Customers, and weekly top ups are triggered by a simple Kanban form. We will help to design and set up the system, configure racking, and then line fill your stock storage at a frequency that suits your business. It's so simple that you can delegate the task of ordering to your stores or production operatives, or we can come and do this for you.
